Another devastation unspeakably depressing is the Sichuan earthquake.
My heart goes to those people under the rubble desparate for help and clinging to last strands of hope. The death toll of 50,000 is a testament to Mother Nature’s power and unpredictability. All my prayers to these souls and hoorah to the brave and courageous men and women who work day in and out to save people’s lives and alleviate the situation.
In this time of great crisis, I guess the last thing we need is a malicious mind…

My older sister was on Hong Kong last 2002-2006 and moved last 2006-present at China. We’ve got a terrible feelings after what we had saw on the TV news. But in the Gods mercy it was not too close where my sister work.She’s at Djuanjong,China and maybe its a kilometer far from Siscuhan…Are working there?..or maybe you’d know my sister?..her name is janette.
I am staying with my husband for the vacation. Sorry I don’t know your sister. Have you talked to her already? I hope she’s ok. The earthquake was not felt here in HK but you can definitely feel the effect over the news on TV.
