Overlooking Hong Kong Island at Victoria Harbor,
my husband beside me,
and my parents whom I brought with me as my gift for them this Mother’s Day,
I held a steaming cup of Caramel Macchiato.
I can say it was the most perfect cup of coffee I ever had in my entire life.
